Returns
Our policy lasts 4 weeks and only for defective products or inaccurate orders. If four weeks have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned by Customer - Please contact leadgenshirts@gmail.com before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please note the sizing charts in the product description before placing your order.
Lead Gen Shirts prints your shirts on-demand, meaning that when you place an order then your shirt is created "fresh". If you purchase a small and a medium to see which one will fit just to send the other back then we can not use the returned shirt and in turn, we can't offer a refund or exchange. Again, please note the sizing charts in the product description pages.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address on your invoice.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
